The Central Bureau of Investigation has today arrested then Minister for Khadi & Rural Industries, Food & Civil Supplies and Dairy, Govt. of Rajasthan in an alleged rape case.

            A case was registered by CBI on 08.10.2013 against the then Minister for Khadi & Rural Industries, Food & Civil Supplies and Dairy, Govt. of Rajasthan U/s 323 & 376 of IPC on the request of Rajasthan Government and further Notification from Govt. of India. This case relates to the allegations levelled by the Complainant(victim) against the accused for causing hurt and committing rape on 11.09.2013.

            CBI has taken over the investigation of the case which was earlier registered by State Police vide FIR No.292/2013 of Police Station � Sodala, Jaipur (Rajasthan)

            The accused will be produced Saturday  in the Designated Court at Jaipur. Further investigation is in progress.
