The Central Bureau Of Investigation has   today registered a case against a Bhubaneswar based private company and others  u/s. 420 of  IPC and section 4 & 5 of Prize Chits &  Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978in an alleged Multi Crore chit fund Scam on the directions of Hon�ble Supreme Court of India. This Company is one of the 44 companies mentioned in the orders of  Hon�ble Supreme Court of India dated 09.05.2014 passed in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 401 of 2013. 

 CBI had earlier registered 46 Cases including three in West Bengal & 43 in Orissa  in the alleged Multi Crore chit fund Scam on the directions of Hon�ble Supreme Court of India.
