FOUR YEARS RIGOROUS IMPRISONMENT TO TWO ACCUSED IN HUMAN TRAFFICKING CASE
          The Additional Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari Court has today sentenced four years Rigorous Imprisonment with fine of Rs. 2000/- each to two accused namely Anand Vishwa @ Biswa and Faris Shuja Jalali @ Anup for their involvement in trafficking of a  girl for the purpose of prostitution.   Both were convicted on 07.07.2014 u/s 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

It was alleged that the victim was induced by accused Anand Vishwa with a job assurance in Delhi.  Before her arrival in Delhi, a deal was entered between   accused Anand Vishwa @ Biswa and Faris Shuja Jalali @ Anup for her sale at the sum of Rs.40,000/- for the purpose of her commercial sexual exploitation. On false assurance of Anand Vishwa, the said victim came to Delhi on the morning of 13.04.2012. The CBI apprehended both these accused persons from Lajpat Nagar Bus Stand on 13.04.2012 and the victim was rescued. Part payment for the said deal of Rs.9,500/- were also recovered by CBI from the spot.  Both these traffickers were in this profession and Anand Vishwa is also facing trial in another case of rape and commercial sexual exploitation of a child. It was further alleged that accused Anand Vishwa @ Biswa, a trafficker, was involved in trafficking of minor girls for the purpose of prostitution. His modus operandi was that he used to induce the minor girls especially from Darjeeling and other north eastern states with an assurance of providing them suitable jobs in Delhi.
