With the arrest  of three persons namely (1)  Samar jit S/O Sh. Sh. Surya Bhan Singh @ Mussai    R/o Village Dhanjai PS Kure Bhar Distt. Sulatan pur ,UP   Age 20yrs   (2) Arvind Sh. Sh. Surya Bhan Singh @ Mussai  R/o Village Dhanjai PS Kure Bhar Distt. Sulatan pur ,UP Age 23yr (3)   Narender S/O Sh. Sur Baksh Singh    R/O Village Nagai Pur, Samari Bazaar, PS Jai Singh Pur Distt. Sulatan pur, UP  Age 38 years team of Police Station Pul Prahlad Pur have solved a case of kidnapping with murder of  a Girl. This gruesome murder would never had been  detected had the Delhi Police not worked swiftly in time and that too with dedication.

INCIDENT

In the first week of January an information was received in police station Pul Prahlad Pur that a girl who was living in the area of pul Prahlad pur with one boy namely Samar jit S/O Sh. Sh. Surya Bhan Singh @ Mussai   and she is missing from last few days and also she could have been eliminated. This information was further developed and Sh.Ram Snehi S/o Lt.Sh. Jiya Lal  was contacted in his native village Dhanjai, PS Kurebhar,  Distt. Sulatanpur,UP. On 6-01-2014 Sh.Ram Snehi approached  the police of PS Pul Prahlad Pur with the allegation that one boy Samar jit S/O Sh. Sh. Surya Bhan Singh @ Mussai   belonging to his village had brought his daughter to Delhi and they both were living together. Few days back he saw this boy alone in his village. Suspecting something wrong he came to Delhi to know the whereabouts of her  daughter, but  this  boy and his other family members did not give any satisfactory reply. He suspected some foul play. A case of kidnapping was registered at once.

INVESTIGATION

 A dedicated team under the close supervision of SHO/Pul Prahlad Pur, Inspr. Dharam Dev and over all supervision of ACP/Ambadkar Nagar Sh. Jasvir Singh Malik was formed. The location of suspects was traced to their native village in Suspecting something  wrong the team headed by  Inspector RS Naruka comprising SI Yudh Bir Sing, Si Kishore Kumar,HC Naim Ahmed, HC Sharwan, HC Rakesh, Ct. Dharam Singh and  Ct. Anuj at once left for District Sultan pur UP. Sources were developed and informers were deployed.The family members were missing from their native village.Then above team was stationed at various villages of their relatives in district of Faizabad and Sultanpur.A dozen suspected hideouts  were raided. From the ground level investigation it came to notice that the family members of Accused Samar Jit had never liked his relationship with the girl and thus they wanted to bring this relationship to an end.

 On 09-01-2014 acting upon a specific information that the alleged boy along-with his brother would come to meet his maternal uncle secretly, a raid was conducted atVillage Nagai Pur, Samari Bazaar, PS Jai Singh Pur Distt. Sulatan pur, UP  and above named persons were apprehended. Initially they tried to mislead the police but after sustained interrogation, they  confessed about killing of the girl and burying the dead body in the fields of accused Narender. On the pointing out of accused the decomposed dead body of the missing girl was recovered correctly identified by the complainant. Sections of murder, destroying of evidence and criminal conspiracy were added in the case

MOTIVE

During investigation it revealed that both the families are living in the remote village and bound by the old customs and traditions.  Accused Samarjit brought the missing girl to Delhi in feb.2013  and married her whithout the consent of his family. There was lot of social  pressure on him as his younger sister is yet to get married and the propective families were rejecting having relations with his family. Things went worse when from past some time the accused Samarjit was doubting her of having illicit relations with somebody. He then conspired with his brother Arvind and maternal uncle Narender to get rid of her who readily agreed to this plan. As per plan  they convinced  Deepa to accompany them to the village of maternal uncle Narender with the promise that they will live there only. As the maternal uncle Narender is issueless she was also offered all his property. Convinced by their promises that they will live happily and safely there she accompanied them to village Nagai Pur, Samari Bazaar, PS Jai Singh Pur Distt. Sulatan pur, UP on 23-12-2013. It was dark and very foggy by the time they reached near the pre designated place that is  bagichi(Garden) in the fields of accused Narender . They stopped there on pretext of resting for some time. On getting a opportune time/chance as per plan accused Narender strangulated her with his muffler and accused Arvind put his hands on her mouth and accused Samarjit held her hands. Later on they buried her body there only and also  planted a mango sapling on top of it to avoid any suspicion.
